- Clear your schedule — no to-do lists or regularly scheduled commitments allowed.
- Stay away from your energy vampires.
- Fill your day with your favourite books, movies, and TV shows with introverted characters.
- Take a nap — for a few minutes or even all day!
- Get social (or socially distant) with your favourite person.
- Get out in nature by yourself, whether you go on a hike or literally outside your door to “stop and smell the roses.”
- Get creative, whether that means singing in the shower or cooking something new.
